Rozy Rental is primarily a platform that connects property owners and prospective tenants. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Rozy Rental is not the landlord, property owner, tenant, broker, real-estate agent, or party to any rental agreement between users.

- General property location, address, or location details provided by you
- Electricity Board / Discom details and Meter ID / Consumer ID numbers: This sensitive/property authentication data is collected strictly for fraud prevention, listing authenticity, security verification, and ensuring genuine property listings on the platform.

You should not upload information that you are not authorized to share.
2.3 Tenant Information
If you use Rozy Rental as a tenant, we may collect information such as:

- Preferred location, rental requirements, and budget
- Room/property preferences
- Information you voluntarily provide to an owner
- Room enquiry and occupancy information
2.4 Communication Information
When you contact or communicate with another user through features provided by Rozy Rental, we may process information associated with that communication. This may include:

If communication takes place outside the Rozy Rental application, such as through a normal phone call or another messaging application, Rozy Rental may not have access to that communication.

Rozy Rental accesses and uses your live location / GPS access to run core application features. Specifically, we fetch your current location to display nearby properties and relevant property owners near you. We value your privacy, and your location data is solely utilized for in-app discovery and matching purposes; it is never sold or traded to third-party advertisers.
Depending on the features enabled in the application, location information may include:
- Live device location / GPS coordinates
- Approximate location, city, and locality
- Location selected by the user
- Property location provided by the owner
If Rozy Rental requests device location permission, you may choose whether to grant that permission, subject to the functionality of the relevant feature. You can generally manage location permissions through your device settings.
Property owners should avoid unnecessarily publishing their exact private residential location if a general or approximate location is sufficient for the listing.

By uploading content, you confirm that:
- You have the necessary rights or permission to upload it.
- The content does not violate applicable law.

- The content does not contain prohibited or unlawful material.

Rozy Rental is a marketplace connecting property owners and tenants. Therefore, certain information like property details, photos, rent, and general location may be visible to other users. If a tenant contacts an owner, necessary contact details will be shared to facilitate interaction.

We may use third-party service providers (such as Firebase/Google for hosting, database, authentication, storage, analytics, and crash reporting) to operate the Service.
