We never sell, trade, or rent your personal data or location coordinates to third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.

1. Account & Profile Details:

  • Data collected: Name, phone number, and account type (Owner or Tenant).
  • Purpose: To identify users, authenticate logins, and enable direct calling or messaging between tenants and property owners.

2. Property & Utility Data (Discom / Meter IDs):

  • Data collected: Room photos, rent amounts, addresses, and Electricity Board / Meter Consumer IDs.
  • Purpose: Used strictly for property verification, preventing fake or duplicate listings, and maintaining platform authenticity and fraud prevention.

3. Live Location / GPS Data:

  • Data collected: Approximate or exact device GPS coordinates (when permission is granted).
  • Purpose: To display nearby properties, match tenants with local room options, and trigger location-based broadcasting alerts for new listings in your area.

4. Communication Logs:

  • Data collected: Support chats, room inquiry records, and complaint flags.
  • Purpose: To resolve support issues, handle safety disputes, and improve response quality.

3. How Your Data is Secured

We utilize trusted industry-standard cloud and database infrastructure (such as Firebase / Google Cloud) featuring secure encryption protocols both in transit and at rest.

Sensitive details like property verification documents and utility consumer IDs are restricted to secure administrative layers to prevent unauthorized access or leakage.

4. Your Data Control & Deletion Rights

You have full ownership of your account data. At any point, you can:

  • Update or modify your profile, phone number, or property listings directly inside the app settings.
  • Request permanent account deletion and removal of your personal records from our servers using the in-app delete option or by reaching out to our support desk.
