1. Zero Brokerage & Commercial Integrity

  • No Brokerage Fees: Rozy Rental is strictly a zero-brokerage platform. Neither owners nor agents are allowed to demand brokerage fees from tenants.
  • Honest Rents: Property owners must state accurate, honest monthly rents without hidden maintenance surcharges.
  • No Online Token Scam: Collecting advance token money online without an in-person room visit is strictly prohibited.

2. Authentic Property Listings

  • Real Photos: All room images must reflect the actual, real-time condition of the rental property.
  • No Fake Claims: Misleading room dimensions, fake amenity claims (like 24/7 AC or Wi-Fi), or duplicate property postings lead to immediate account suspension.
  • Accurate Location: Inaccurate location tags or fake addresses are strictly monitored and removed.

3. Suspicious Property Ban & Rejection Policy

  • Instant Removal: Any property found to be suspicious, fraudulent, or misrepresenting facts can be instantly banned or rejected by platform administration.
  • Strict Admin Rights: If an owner attempts fake listings, incorrect utility details, or scam activities, admin holds the absolute right to ban or reject the property without prior notice.
  • Safety Priority: Community safety is our top priority; unverified or flagged listings will face immediate restriction.

4. Respectful & Fair Communication

  • Professional Language: Property owners and tenants must maintain courteous, professional language during calls or messages.
  • Zero Discrimination: Discrimination based on religion, region, gender, marital status, or profession is strictly unacceptable.
  • No Spamming: Unsolicited spamming, marketing calls, or harassment will result in an immediate account ban.

5. Zero Fraud & Safety Standards

  • In-Person Inspection: Users are advised to inspect room premises in person before signing any rental agreement or transferring security deposits.
  • Legal Action: Any user attempting fraudulent money requests or posting fake identities will be reported to local authorities.
  • Report Tool: Utilize our in-app "Report Property" or support options to instantly flag suspicious listings.

Agreement Notice: By continuing to use Rozy Rental, you agree to abide by these Community Guidelines. Violations, including fraudulent listings, will result in immediate property rejection or permanent account suspension.
